net area: 1184 square feet (~110 square meter)

occupants: a couple aged 31

requirements:

1) no open kitchen

2) cocktail lovers

what i did

1) it was a quite long hallway from entrance to living room. i added shoe cabinet / bar area / screen in the way to add more interesting features in the entrance way

2) folding glass door and glass wall are used to bring in the daylight from the only big balcony into the corridor and the study room

3) a walk-in closet is added in master bedroom as well as a separate bathroom system
